“I joined IJM in September 2021, as Executive Assistant, supporting all aspects of the National Director’s work, helping in the effective use of time and resources. Besides supporting the organization, ensuring the office is a functional, inspiring, and professional workspace, I also support the team with bridge-building, maintaining contact with all levels of stakeholders. I was graduated in International Relations and my experience includes working for the strengthening of justice systems across the world in government institutions and in international organizations. I was born in Brazil and raised in a Christian family, and soon learned the importance of justice. Working in IJM gives me the chance of performing in accordance with my personal values, besides learning every day a bit more about the Dutch culture, language, and society.”
